Shipping and returns

Orders are packed by Analect Press in Sydney and are usually dispatched within three business days of payment.

Australia

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the number of books ordered. Smaller orders may be sent by regular Australia Post letter service and will not include tracking. Larger orders may be sent as tracked parcels. The service used for your order will be recorded when it is dispatched.

International

Available destinations and the shipping charge are shown in the cart. International orders are sent using a tracked Australia Post parcel service. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed in the destination country.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, customs processing, weather, and network disruptions can cause delays. Please check that the delivery address is complete before paying; contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If an order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, email enquiries@analect.press with your order reference and photographs if practical. We will check the dispatch record and arrange the appropriate next step.

Returns

Please contact us before returning a book. For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect book, include your order reference and photographs if practical; we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only by prior agreement. The book must be unused and resaleable, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
