These terms apply to books purchased directly from Analect Press through this website.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, subject to stock availability and a deliverable address.

If a product, price, stock count, or delivery setting is materially wrong, we may contact you, cancel the affected order, and issue a refund rather than supply on incorrect terms.

Returns and consumer rights

Please read our returns information and contact us before returning a book. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
